Jannifer has been a visionary clinical management leader in home infusion for over 34 years. Developing nursing teams of excellence and providing oversight of all aspects of home infusion nursing practices, continuing education, performance quality, team member engagement and customer service has given Jannifer in-depth knowledge to be shared with her clients.

Jannifer is a registered nurse in several states, a member of the Infusion Nursing Society and the Immunoglobulin National Society. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and her Master's in Business Administration from Stayer University.

Jannifer is also a ACHC Certified Consultant for Home Health and Private Duty.
Terri Jones

Terri has worked as a registered nurse for over 30 years. After spending 11 years in the hospital setting working in pediatrics as a ICU nurse and nurse manager , she transitioned and began her career as nurse leader in home infusion. Terri's areas of expertise include home health regulations, clinical documentation, leadership training and performance improvement. She has been a consultant for Medicare certified agencies and a legal nurse consultant.

Terri earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from California State University Dominguez Hills and her Master's in Business Administration from Stayer University.
Tanya McKenley-Dennis

Tanya is a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience in the home infusion industry. She began her career as a infusion clinical field nurse. Her passion for always acquiring new knowledge has led to her most recent role as a nurse educator. In this role, she has sought to improve clinical outcomes by ensuring that the nurses that are servicing patients in the home setting are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to provide the best quality nursing care.

Tanya holds a Masters degree in teaching and a Bachelors degree in Nursing. Both degrees were obtained from Pace University in New York. She expects to complete her pursuit to become a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021. She is a member of the Infusion Nurses Society and the Immunoglobulin National Society in which she holds her IgNS Certification.
Phillis Mendelson

Phillis is a licensed vocational nurse with over 15 years of home infusion and home health experience. She has extensive insight in the areas of staffing and patient care coordination. She is an excellent nurse-pharmacy liaison.

Phillis is also an enthusiastic and experienced personal trainer with a proven ability to help clients achieve their personal fitness goals. For the past 25 years she has been helping clients develop an effective and enjoyable workout routine designed for their individual desires. This is an added value service that Phillis looks forward to sharing with you and your team.

Phillis earned her Bachelor of Art degree in Health Education from the University of Oregon. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Kempo Karate.
